The Club saw a big milestone in 2011-- 97 years of operation.
The Pacquenac Tennis club was formed on October 8, 1914 with its election of officers taking place on November 4, 1914.
The original charter stated that "the Club was limited to 20 male residents of Pompton Plains only and over the age of 21."
Today the Club is open to Pequannock Township residents as well as out of town people. There are approximately 110 family members consisting of men, women and children.
Recently a title restriction was established to perpetuate the use of club property as a tennis playing facility. This means tennis forever!
The Club offers the following:
